The service
Weekday Eats is a meal planning service that creates personalized dinner plans, shopping lists, and integrates with grocery delivery. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per household is intended.
Subscription and billing
Weekday Eats offers a 7-day free trial followed by a $12/month subscription. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Content and nutrition
Nutritional information is estimated and should not be relied upon for medical or dietary decisions. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee allergen detection or cooking safety. Always use your own judgment when preparing food, especially regarding allergies and dietary restrictions.
Grocery ordering
Grocery orders are fulfilled by Instacart. Weekday Eats is not responsible for order fulfillment, pricing, availability, or delivery. Your use of Instacart is subject to their own terms of service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the AI assistant for purposes unrelated to meal planning.
Limitation of liability
Weekday Eats is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to food allergies, dietary issues, or grocery order problems.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
