Using Weekday Eats

By using Weekday Eats, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 and able to enter into this agreement. Weekday Eats is an early product and access may be limited or withdrawn while we validate and protect the service.

Weekday Eats gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to your email, sessions, and connected agents secure.

What the service does

Weekday Eats privately stores recipes, recipe images, planned meals, grocery lists, and related settings so an authorized agent and the web app can retrieve and update them. It can send an optional daily plan email and create an Instacart link when you ask.

Weekday Eats is currently free. We may introduce optional paid features later, but we will disclose their terms before charging you. Standard accounts may retain up to 30 recipe images; some accounts have a higher limit shown in their image settings. Other reasonable technical limits may apply to keep the service reliable and safe.

AI-generated and food information

A connected agent—not Weekday Eats—may generate, extract, summarize, or transform recipe content. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review ingredients, amounts, instructions, servings, and cooking times before relying on them.

Weekday Eats is not medical, nutritional, allergen, or food-safety advice. Verify ingredients and labels for allergies and dietary needs, follow appropriate food-handling practices, cook food to safe temperatures, and use your own judgment.

Your content

You retain any ownership rights you have in content you submit. By submitting content directly or through a connected agent or MCP integration, you give Weekday Eats a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, copy, process, resize, display, back up, and transmit that content solely to provide the features you request and apply your privacy and sharing settings. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable operational retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Only submit content that you own or have the rights and permissions necessary for Weekday Eats to store, process, and display according to your settings. You must not use Weekday Eats to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights. You remain responsible for the content you submit and how you use and share it, including images supplied by URL and material extracted from websites or cookbooks.

Recipe link access

Recipes are private unless you explicitly enable “anyone with the link.” When you select “Confirm and share,” you confirm that you have the right to share the current recipe and its images. Anyone who receives the URL can view and forward the recipe and its images until you make it private again. Weekday Eats does not promise that recipients will delete copies they already made.

Copyright concerns

Copyright owners or their authorized representatives can report material available through Weekday Eats by following the instructions on our Support page. We may remove or restrict access to content in response to a valid complaint, court order, applicable law, or other reliable evidence of infringement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe another person's rights. We may also restore content or access when a complaint is withdrawn, successfully disputed, or otherwise resolved.

We may forward a copyright notice and relevant details to the account holder who submitted the material, and we may retain notice-related identity and account records when required by law.

Instacart and affiliate links

Weekday Eats may earn a commission from eligible purchases made through its Instacart links, at no additional charge imposed by Weekday Eats. Creating or opening a link does not place an order. Instacart controls product matching, availability, pricing, substitutions, cart review, checkout, delivery, refunds, and customer support for the order. Your use of Instacart is governed by Instacart's own terms and privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Access another person's account or private content.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or usage controls, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Upload malicious code, unlawful material, or content that violates another person's rights.
• Use the service in a way that harms Weekday Eats, its providers, or other users.

Availability, changes, and termination

Weekday Eats is a developing service. Features may change, break, or be unavailable. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or end the service. You may stop using Weekday Eats at any time and can export or request deletion of your account data.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Weekday Eats is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results.

To the extent permitted by law, Weekday Eats is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Weekday Eats in the 12 months before the claim or CAD $50. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes will be resolved by the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material. If a change materially reduces your rights, you may stop using the service and request deletion of your account.
