- 300 g frozen mixed berries
- 1 ripe bananapeeled and broken into chunks
- 200 g plain Greek yoghurt
- 120 ml whole milk
- 1 tbs honeyoptional, to taste
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Add the frozen mixed berries, banana chunks, Greek yoghurt, milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract to the blender.
Tip: No need to thaw the berries — frozen fruit is what gives this smoothie its thick, frosty texture.

Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. If the blender is struggling, add a splash more milk (about 30ml at a time) to get things moving.
Tip: Scrape down the sides once halfway through if needed to make sure everything gets incorporated evenly.

Taste and add a little more honey if you'd like it sweeter, then blend for another 10 seconds. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
Tip: Smoothies are best drunk straight away, but you can store any leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 12 hours — just give it a good shake or stir before drinking as it may separate slightly.
